Here's a recipe for a blackberry caipirinha:
Before dinner we poured Blackberry Caipirinhas (pronounced cay-pur-een-yas) based on a pineapple version I tried a few weeks ago at a garden tour and tasting at the Mistral herb garden at the Loews Coronado Resort (more on that coming soon.)
This recipe uses involves just a hair more preparation compared to what you might be used to. I do like the idea of starting out with a simple homemade syrup as the base.
